What is the cost of shipping ?

We offer Free standard tracked shipping Australia Wide. There is an additional cost for express shipping and signature on delivery.

International tracked shipping is an added cost of AUD$18 on all packages.

How long will it take for my order to arrive ? 

We endeavour to pack and post all orders within 3-5 working days. You can get a further estimate on how long it takes to deliver to your area via the Aus Post Timetable.

 

Who do you ship with ?

We stick to the nations carrier, Australia Post.

We save a little less money on sending out the post but it’s by far the most reliable service with customer service we can all rely on.

 

What stones are used in the jewellery ?

We use genuine swarovski crystals and handcast naturally obtained resin as stones in our jewellery. Read more about why we choose Swarovski HERE 

 

How should I care for my jewellery ?

We want your jewellery to last until eternity and there are a few simple ways to ensure it’s longevity. Things like keeping it at bay from moisture and giving it time to breathe.

How do I figure out my ring size ? 

All our rings are adjustable. However, if your ring size is less than 5 (extremely skinny fingers) they will run loose.

And some rings, like Delite, won’t sit properly on fingers larger than a size 9.

Most rings however will wrap around like a second skin.

 

Do you gift wrap ?

Even though all our jewellery is sent off in organic cotton drawstring bags and is gift ready in it’s own right. We do go above and beyond with providing gift wrapping in a small black box at a small additional charge.

We have a 14 day refund policy but there are exceptions.

Do you do corporate orders ?

We LOVE creating corporate orders and offer discounts on existing styles and colours based on order size.

We can also create jewellery with bespoke colours and finishes from our existing collection.

All our jewellery is handmade by two families of artisans in Menorca, Spain.

They are our pride and joy.
